Professional background

My professional background is essentially in manufacturing and Aerospace, however I would say my expertise is people. I ran/operated an investment casting and machine shop for 15 years building it from 29 employees to about 120+. We grew from around $3 million annual to above $13 million through my 15 year period running and managing all aspects of the business. I currently own and operate a small consulting and investment company where I assist businesses with transitioning, R&D, and ultimately how to grow their business. My goal is to help businesses achieve their optimum expectations and plan for beyond. I thoroughly enjoy watching others achieve their dreams and seeing them succeed with their passions and hard work. I am looking to find a couple companies to invest in and either watch them grow from afar or assist them in any way they require. I am completely open to how much or how little influence they require as long as their goals and their business plan align with my own morals and ethics.
