Professional background

I am a third generation master plumber currently running my father's plumbing company. Originally my investments were with Edward Jones, Etrade, etc and traditional retirement accounts. About a year ago, my wife was diagnosed with a rare eye disease so I started pursuing more risky investments because I am burning through cash with doctors. So that is when I got into crypto. Most of my money is in crypto platforms such as coinbase, crypto.com, etc. But with the FTX fallout, I am now looking elsewhere to invest.
