Akin has Degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Architecture (M.Sc.) and Business Administration (MBA) and Ongoing Ph.D. in Psychology with expertise in extensive experience with Construction Start-Up Program Planning, Processes, Tools, Staffing, Budget Estimating, Engineering, Controls, Schedule and Document Controls Systems, Country / Local /Cultural / Civic Engagement and Legislative Support, RFQ Technical Requirements, Claims/Forensics, Negotiations; Acquisition and International Trades, Business Law and Business Development spanning through Africa, Asia, Europe and North America
