Professional background

I attended Texas A&M University to earn my degree in Agriculture Leadership & Development with a minor in Business. I continued my education at Texas Christian University where I received certification from the world-renowned TCU Ranch Management program. I am a fourth-generation rancher, coming from a family-operated, registered and commercial cow/calf operation. Growing up, my parents taught me that honesty, a strong work ethic and determination are the three keys to success. I developed a love for agriculture and livestock at a young age, which ultimately led to my dream career path. I am a firm believer that individuals should strive to do what they have a passion for or find something that ties them and connects with their passion. My passions are agriculture, ranching and being a steward of the land.
